If I could give this no star I would! Tina was so disrespectful to my Husband when he was asking genuine questions. All negative reviews on here are accurate! This is no way to run a business. She was not friendly at all. Do not recommend!

The most bizzare phone call i have ever had with another Realtor. The reviews here are pretty spot on! I researched a vacant property for a client of mine and it turned out that First Down Realty owned it. I called them to inquire about the property and before any conversation could even be started, the condescending ridiculous attitude from the lady who answered set the tone for the rest of the phone call. She proceeded to laugh and screech at an ear ringing tone when i said i had a buyer who may be interested in purchasing the property and if they would be interested in selling it... that was just the start of the phone call... by the end i really questioned whether this lady even worked for first down realty or not, it would make more sense if the number changed and this is an old number and the person is just trolling people, but NO, i asked and she stated twice that yes she represents first down realty... The level of unprofessionalism is insane.

I agree with the other review on here. This guy is rude and I'm not even sure he's legit. I inquired about a house and told the guy I had an emotional support animal. He told me I would still have to pay a pet deposit. I told him that you cannot charge pet rent or pet deposits for emotional support animals. He asked "is that a law?" If you don't know of this law, then you should definitely not be in realty.

I 100% agree with the other 2 reviews! I inquired about a home listed with Jonathan Kryder, hes was very short with me and interrupted me to ask, "how much do u make a month?" When I told him, told me that is way too low and he can't even show me the property. 1st of all, Mr. Rude...I DO make enough money because I was just renting a house that was more expensive than what you are asking for this this one, and did just fine! 2nd, didn't your mother every teach you, you get more flies with honey than you do vinegar? You sir, are incredibly rude, you have no patience, you were acting like it was a hassel to speak with me, and you gave off the impression that you had better things to do. And from the sound of these reviews, this kind of attitude and ego you give off is a normal thing for you. Well, be careful what you give out, it will come back to you times 3.

FYI: If you want a courteous agent, look somewhere else. (First Down Realty, Inc.) is not helpful and rude to potential clients. There are a hundred other agents to work with.
