I moved in a few weeks ago at this point. I loooooovvveeeee my apartment, the layout is perfect and it’s super cute. Cedric got me a really really great deal and encouraged me throughout the entire application and approval process that we were going to get this place and by my deadline, to which we did. He was communicative, helpful and easy going. Definitely someone get him a raise!!! He’s patient with me because, I call a lot ( I need things or have questions) he always answers my questions or concerns in a timely manner! He’s amazing. He doesn’t make me feel like I’m a bother in comparison to other leasing offices I have experienced.

In terms of the building, it’s in a location that’s right on the outside of actual DTLA, I enjoy it kind of being off to the side a bit. It’s very central. The only thing that’s like eh is probably just thin walls kind of, it’s not crazy but also you get what you get living in an apartment. The apartment itself is so modern, and very nice stainless steel appliances, and the standing glass shower is my favorite. The amenities are great and the building is very clean, and the parking structure is great. I feel taken care of, again I’m pretty chill and low maintenance resident and couldn’t care less to complain about anything as long everything flowing in the apartment it’s great!

I had an exceptional experience with both the building and its staff! Moving from overseas can be challenging, but Cedric and Rajonae made the process seamless. They handled all my documents efficiently and patiently answered all my questions. I rented the apartment sight unseen, and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

As a current residence here, all throughout the process from touring the apartments to moving in, it wasn't an easy one. But Cedric was really helpful from answering all my numerous questions during the application process and making sure my move-in process was super smooth. The apartment overall has also been great and not too noisy for me personally. The area in general also feels safer than other parts of DTLA even at night.

I’am a current resident at Olympic & Olive, the location is ideal for living downtown. The management team and all employees are such a great help especially Deanna Hughes & Rajonae Williams who made my moving in process really smooth. I would say they genuinely care about the residents and their overall needs. Additionally, the community at Olympic & Olive are very welcoming, with community events that make it easy to meet neighbors and enjoy your time. Overall, I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live downtown La !

Awful experience as my first time visiting the property. I was 20 minutes late, but instead of asking me to wait or just shortening my tour, I was completely turned away. Cedric, or the short African American man was not kind, had zero compassion and did not care that I paid for parking. He told me to come back another time. Is that how you speak to your potential tenants. I came all the way over to downtown LA on a Saturday and was treated as if you don’t need my business. It’s a shame you have rude folks representing your property.

Great property in DTLA! Everything, including the amenities are well maintained and clean. Rajonae and Cedric are always so helpful and friendly! All of the staff from the leasing team to the maintenance team are really great. Very happy to be a resident here 🙂
