Kirk Marchetti is an excellent Realtor. I'm saying this because in my experience with him helping me find a house was so patient with me and I'm a picky person! I looked at so many houses before I found the one I loved. He took me to so many different areas mostly in Elk Grove and a few places in Sacramento. He also was available at any time of day and on weekends even after I bought the house. I had a few issues when I first moved in and he was there to help me out. I was so impressed with his timeliness and kindness, and he would stop whatever he was doing to help me. That's impressive and I don't know too many people who would do that even after a sale. Kirk's knows so much about real estate and home maintenance it's unbelievable! If I want to sell my house I definitely will ask Kirk to do it for me.
