Tracy Mance is an exceptional realtor. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Tracy was always available even when she was out of the country for when items were needed for my closing or when I had questions. Her responsiveness was incredible. During the sale of the house she always looked out for my best interest. She is very well-versed at dealing with other real estate agents and was very patient and gave me the confidence she would get the job done. She was diligent in making sure all the inspections were in place and communicated with us the status on a daily basis. Her promptness, kindness, knowledge of the market and good energy may the selling process simple for us.
