I have had a great experience here at Mosaic so far! Samantha is awesome! She is always welcoming and professional, goes out of her way to help, and her energy is fantastic! Also, Carlos is great and professional as well, he always responds to maintence requests within a timely manner. Alexis and Tiffany are also great! 🙂

Overall I have loved my experience at Mosaic. The front desk staff are all professional and very friendly. The maintenance staff are cheerful and supportive. I've had very few noise issues living at the Mosaic in Oxnard having lived in two different units over the course of 3 years.

Mosaic apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and have a great location just across the street from the Collection. The apartments themselves have good-quality appliances and kitchen spaces. Having a garage is great for extending our storage! The gym is equipped well; various grills and outdoor spaces are available and kept looking great; the pool and hot tub areas make us feel like we're staying at a resort. What stands out, however, is the main office. Samantha and the team are friendly, responsive, and helpful. We love stopping by to grab a coffee (from a great espresso machine available for prospectives and residents) and chat with the staff. Maintenance is so quick to respond to requests, and take care to fix the problem. All-in-all, we are so happy with our experience with Mosaic, which stands on its own compared to neighboring complexes as well as previous apartments we've lived in before.

At first I enjoyed living here but overtime I have noticed a pattern of management (Alexis Bavero) not telling us the correct information or quoting us one price and when we go to pay rent/move out, we get quoted another price. I brought this up several times and they claim they never quoted us that price to begin with (Alexis Bavero). I suggest either having conversation recorded when speaking with management (Alexis Bavero) or never moving in period. Also, the reviews about cars being very loud here is true and I wish I would’ve listened instead of saying “it can’t be that bad”…it is that bad… The worst place i ever lived at due to management.

The A Team - Samantha, Alexis, and Tiffany. I have lived at Mosaic a little over a year now. It has always been a pleasure coordinating efforts with these ladies. From large item trash pick ups, lease paperwork, new in-unit fire alarm installation, and gated community access. I highly recommend living at Mosaic. These ladies handle questions and concerns like it’s their problem and make you feel heard/supported.

I had an electronic issue with my oven. The error code F11 came up on the oven digital screen and I could not use it. I hesitated but put a trouble ticket on the Mosaic login page. Wow! In less than half a day, Carlos arrived at my apartment with a new electronic unit to fix my oven on the spot. Try getting an electrician, plumber, cable/internet install support that quickly. Mosaic’s team is second to none. They continue to impress me with their support.

Poorly managed & management does not follow CA law.
It took about a month after I moved in and multiple requests (including in writing) to get a smoke detector installed in my apartment. This is against the law.
The management team (Tiffany Swanson, Alexis Bavero, Samantha Evans) apparently do not care if you and your family burn or suffocate in your sleep, as long as they can save a few dollars, and feel they don't have to comply with California law.
There are regular maintenance problems, and the maintenance team goes on the online portal and checks things as completed, whether or not they actually completed it. Management is aware but will not address the issue.
I've had packages stolen off my doorstep and my storage locker was broken into.
There are ongoing issues with hot water that are also not being addressed.
Look elsewhere if this management team is still here when you apply; they are not good at their jobs and do not care about the residents. They are not responsive to resident concerns.

Though I did not rent from them, their customer service was top. Samantha was great and very upfront and honest with all the details for renting there. She even gave solid advice and caution for looking at other places. Had they had the apartment type I really wanted, I would have signed up. Sadly my time frame limited my options and found the type I needed elsewhere.

Mosaic really sucks. Their leasing agent has the worst attitude. She was a blonde lady with glasses. I believe her name is Samantha. We made an appointment online on their portal to have a tour. She called to rebuke us for making such a late appointment. It's YOUR PORTAL that allowed us to choose that time! She said she wanted to go home so she couldn't show us all the units we asked about. Her attitude the whole time when we were there was horrible. She was rushing us to leave because "she wants to go home". I very mush dislike Mosaic and their very poor customer service. Please change your staff.
