Move-in and maintenance: The move-in process was smooth, and the maintenance team was quick to address any bathroom issues.

Amenities: I appreciated the community space, playground, pool, and gym. These amenities made it easy to enjoy the outdoors and stay active.

Staff: The leasing office staff was very responsive and helpful. They were always willing to answer my questions and address any concerns.

Overall: I had a good experience moving to Goshen Terrace Apartments. The amenities were excellent, the community was friendly, and the staff was always helpful.

I always loved Goshen as this is the first place I stayed for more than 2 years in one place. The rent was decent, the neighborhood was very good, the office guys were so friendly and lots more to tell about. Let me list them out so that….

1. Love the community and the beauty. Especially you should see during the fall . Omygod perfect place for photography.
2. Love the Trails and Coopersmith park which can be accessed through Goshen trails.
3. A very good silent peaceful community
4. Accessible and walkable to shops, stores and restaurants . nearby Eg. Shoprite”, Panera Bread, AppleBee’s, CVS, SSN office and lots more.
5. Maintenance is handled very good. One night out heater was down around 1.00 Am and they came at 2.00 AM and provided a temporary fix.
6. If you try the upgraded houses they are good and decent for a happy family.

Prices start reasonable but end up crazy high after only a year. Prices aren't reasonable compared to the quality of the apartment itself. There are holes in walls, plaster bulging out of the walls where they left pipes in the bathroom not flush with the wall. Apartment complex spent money on a gazebo for mail that has been worked on for three years. Forced trash valet and price on everyone even though the trash bins are in almost every parking lot. Maintenance workers were friendly enough but management was lazy. Put in a work order for some fire damage, they fixed half the damage and charged us hundreds of dollars. Asked why the other part wasn't fixed they said I didn't include it in the request even though I saved the request. Most neighbors don't have any respect for anyone and are constantly loud and there's always trash on the ground including half drank beer bottles. No one obeys traffic laws or stop signs. People are constantly crowding in the streets and parking lots blocking off locations especially in the summer. Not the best experience I would not recommend.

The worst tour I have ever had. Young men who had no idea where apartments were located in complex, what are available, after 30 minutes he said he need a break, did not give us any information about complex apartment. I liked the place but such tour guy turned me off from this choice.
Plus nobody picking up the phone or reaching me back.

I’ve been living here for just about a year and the community has been great. Very quiet, responds quickly to maintenance, and every unit is well cared for. I recently had a life change that is requiring me to get a new unit, and Isaiah couldn’t have been more friendly, personable, and helpful. He’s been willing to talk to me every time I’ve had questions, work with me through the application and viewing process, and made sure I was comfortable about every aspect of the unit transfer/new lease before and after signing. And on top of it all, the location really can’t be beat. It’s just quiet enough but you’re close to Downtown West Chester and a short drive from other popular areas. I absolutely love it here!

If you want your money to be STOLEN from you, come live here. After only 1 year of living here, they wanted to raise our rent over 10% so we literally could not afford it and had to move. They implemented a ridiculous system called valet trash which you could not opt out of and charged us an extra $30 every single month. Someone was supposed to come to your door every night to pick up the trash, except often times they didn't come, and they also didn't pick it up on Fridays or Saturdays (the time when you would most want it). Finally, when we moved out, they charged us an extra $100 for 'light cleaning', even though we thoroughly cleaned the apartment when we left, and the state that we left it in did not go anything beyond normal wear and tear. So be prepared to be completely nickel and dimed if you live here. Not to mention the staff never calls you back and the office is often closed. The nature trail is not kept up well, nor is the gym cleaned or restocked with wipes.

The pros of living here: maintenance team is great. Landscaping is pretty and the neighborhood is quiet.

Decent apartment to live in, and prompt response to maintenance requests boosts their score a little from me. However, I can’t overstate how greedy they are. They raise rents with less than one month’s notice. Over a year after I moved out, they still had not taken my name off my old lease. It was only by checking my credit report I learned they had charged me for a collection that was accumulated in my absence. Forget about reaching a real human over the phone to dispute something like that too. You can rent an apartment somewhere else where paying a fair rate on time each month will be enough for the owners. These guys will get away with whatever they can.

never pay a down payment because they are scammers, I paid 1 month down payment and when I left they didn't give me my money but they imposed a $400 fine on me please don't be lied to as I was lied to I lived for 2 years and was regular every month while this money was taken from me.
