Eric was a broker for a rental home I recently signed a lease on. He presented as a nice professional to work with. The homeowner, his longtime friend, is a slumlord and identified that himself as a joke. During our walk through we noted repairs and replacements needed. Some of which Eric was surprised to see hadn't been addressed. He mentioned it should have already been done. The home wasn't ready to move into with necessary repairs and it wasn't ready by the advertised date either. Eric was overly reassuring on how the interactions with the homeowner and the assistant should improve & that this was unlike them etc. My garage is still broken, and I'm still dealing with a rat problem Eric was not aware of, I had to discover the rat droppings in the home Eric said was professionally cleaned. Clearly not cleaned and an excessive amount of needed work on my end to be able to move in. Beyond disappointed in the working relationship with Eric Perez, he failed to be honest about how his slumlord of a friend Victor Pena does business with his rental property. Victor has no care and choses to communicate demands for money/payment only. I feel duped into paying the family friend for a neglected home through the length of my lease. I would not recommend utilizing Eric for any business transactions due to his lack of honesty and inability to be forthcoming or candid.

I had an unprofessional experience with this real estate agent. I contacted them several times regarding their listing, and despite their promises to provide information, they failed to follow up. Their lack of communication and responsiveness was frustrating and wasted my time.
