I got in touch with Victor randomly after a Zillow search and was so glad I did! Victor was thoughtful and considerate in his approach. Being new to the Denver area I was somewhat lost as to what direction to take but Victor never dissuaded me outright from seeing something but would tactfully tell me what the pro’s and cons of a certain area or house. We saw the good the bad and the ugly! In just 3 ‘ sorties’ of 5/6 houses - so 15 in total - we put down 3 offers and finally settled on a fantastic house. Wow!! I cannot recommend Jesse at Oakland Creek enough. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse to find housing the last two months, and I have not had a better experience with a real estate company to date. Jesse was highly responsive, and dedicated to finding me the house that worked best for my needs. I got in contact with one of their agents while doing an apartment search of my own and they did an amazing job taking in my specific wants for a living space, my price range, the places I want to be around, and even my hobbies in order to find places that would be most appealing to me.

They had so much access to nuanced information that made their search so refined (eg. I wanted tall ceilings, every place they suggested was 9 ft or above). They never wasted my time with places that I wouldn't even consider.
