Melissa has done all our family photos since our youngest son was born. That’s 10 years!! I have followed her for years just admiring how much she’s grown as a photographer and couldn’t imagine having anyone else!! She’s a rockstar behind the lens and really spends her time making sure she gets great quality photos!!! Our kids love her energy and she really gets the best out of them for great shots! I highly recommend her for all your photography needs you surely will not be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please read the other negative reviews about this business as I am just one of many. As you can see even by her responses to these unhappy clients she is very unprofessional. Instead of trying to make things right she is very defensive and disregards your feelings. DO NOT share your money or any special moments of your life with her. She is not reliable and you risk losing those memories forever. I had a photo shoot with Melissa in July. After a month and a half of not hearing back or receiving my pictures I emailed multiple times with no response. I finally got back a group email saying all the pictures that were taken that day were messed up due to some formatting issues but not to worry because she still had all the originals. She was just hoping to solve the issue since she had spent many hours editing the photos. I was very sympathetic and understanding and was fine waiting as this obviously wasn’t her fault. I reached out a few times in the last months asking for updates on the situation. She told me that some IT guy that was supposed to be helping her now had all the photos and she was taking legal action on him to get her work back. I made it very clear in multiple emails I wanted those photos and how special they were to me and my family. She then offered me another photo shoot or my money back while we wait. What she forgot to mention is, if she did eventually get my photos back making the choice she didn’t like would forfeit me every getting my photos. Those who picked another photo shoot were still able to keep these photos. She told me that those were her older clients so I guess keeping new clients is not something she’s interested in. I bought myself and my kids new coordinating outfits, got everyone haircuts and drove over an hour each way. I didn’t have the money to do this all over again. I was extremely flexible when she changed the location last minute. Well here comes the good part. It’s now the end of November, still no pictures. I finally after waiting patiently for mths asked for my money back. So, Waiting on my refund which I had not received yet she writes me that she could have gotten my photos back but since I asked for a refund (which I had not even received yet) she would not be giving me my photos.. I then ask her to keep the money, I would obviously rather have my photos and she REFUSED! When she found out she was able to recover my photos she should have come right to me asking how I wanted to proceed. Instead she made the decision to lose all my photos. I gave her the opportunity to fix this and she basically told me this is no longer her problem. . The back and forth I had with her through email is disturbing. I have all the proof saved in emails and am happy to share with anyone who reaches out. Whatever she decides to say if/when she responds to my review I have all the proof in the emails. Please please please stay away.

Melissa- I am willing take down this review with the return of my photo shoot. If this review is still up this means Melissa did nothing to fix this and taking care of her clients is not a priority for her.

SCAMMERS!! I sent $125 for a session, went back & forth with Melissa asking for a refund since I was never kept in touch of the details for the shoot based on "weather, temp & blooming flowers" conditions perfect for a photo shoot. I never even got a receipt. I wanted to celebrate my cancer recovery with a nice photoshoot and I got blocked after I had to repeatedly message/comment/email these people. In the end, Melissa blocked and ignored my requests because I was "untruthful" to her, despite all the screenshots & emails. This "business" isn't even found on the BBB. DO NOT ZELLE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

This review does not have anything to do with the photos of this company since I had to cancel my event. This is strictly the business. I had been in contact with them about my refund since May and after going back and forth for a bit about it, it just went radio silence. So after trying to get into contact with Melissa to get an update and still no reply I wrote a review. Then she finally got back to me and I was sure this time I would get my refund, it sounded promising. She had asked if I could take the review down since we were working out the refund so I did. Needless to say I should have left it up because now we are in the same boat, radio silence. She had talked about how she would send me the refund but then she couldn't that day because she had reached her spending limit for the day. Then we had talked about her driving the refund check to me before a shoot she had but it didn't happen because the date kept changing, or me go to her which I just couldn't do due to my work hours. So then it was that she was going to give her son the check to deposit so he could Venmo me the refund since she doesn't have a business account for Venmo. And that is the last I herd from her and have sent a few follow up messages.

My friend received a gift certificate for a session for her family and booked a session.This photographer refuses to give her the photos. This is dishonest and unprofessional. Based on the reviews, this "business" seems to be a scam. Beware.

Edit: Yes, I am sticking up for a friend and warning others not to waste their time. Look at all the reviews on various websites. Do better for your clients.

Where to start- Melissa is going to capture your raw, real smiles where love sits. She has been photographing my family for 9 years now and recently hired on for professional images. She listens to wants and adds value to that might elevate that "perfect" photo!! I could add images from every session we have done and what you'll see is her continual growth, her amazing skills and smiles that grow bigger each year!

Melissa was hired to take pictures for our wedding. While she is a kind and easy going person, when looking back on our photos after a year I am somewhat unhappy with the results. She missed some key opportunities and the communication about receiving our photos was poor and stressful. I would only consider her for birthdays or other smaller events.
