Went it to get my band switched out on my $400 Seiko watch. They charged me before even getting it done - it took them close to 20 minutes before both girls gave up and told me they couldn’t take the band off the watch. They gave me back my watch scratched and dented. All they could offer was the $4 back they charged me to replace the band. Neither of them could look me in the eye and apologize for the damages they made to my watch. What a shame. Would not recommend this place whatsoever. Bad customer service and bad service in general.

Got off of work. Took a cab all the way to the location because on the website it says it closes at 7pm. Got there by 6:45!! Was told, to come back tomorrow because the person selling gold was alone and had to close by herself. Said but you are not closing now, I have 15 more min and I am here to spend money. To buy a chain for my daughter. Was old, o well come back tomorrow, I am alone.. so I basically waisted my cab money and my time for nothing.... terrible service....

I bought some earrings 14k for $260 but didn't see they was damaged went back the next day & they told me they can't help me no money back they can't fixed them or exchange them worst experiences ever I recommend not tu buy there but if u do plz look really good before buying hope this helped totally a disappointment..

Ok this place is a rip off o bought a ring it suppose to be silver and paid 145.00 dollars for the guy said the ring is real silver and it won't change color or turn black or green well it hasn't been a month and it's changing colors it's not real silver they are ripping people off in that jewelry store selling fake jewelry.
