We noticed posts and without exception every one had previous posts all NEGITIVE against other company's (even fast food). Do you notice it just says scam or don't rent or other negatives-- as was in the tv commercial years ago --- "where's the beef".
The business runs using GA LL Tenant code. Many, most tenants, don't like to be told STOP that or NO you can't redecorate. When they do they get charged. If applicants would be honest on their applications MAYBE there would be different outcomes. Phony pay stubs and income documents don't help.
The company rents out 100's of homes and frankly recently it's been tough. Many won't pay unless the sheriff knocks with the Dispossessary in hand. That is regrettable but necessary for the court. We don't do or use self help or strong arm tactics to get rent. With 35+ years and hundreds of Residents yes there are many over the years with the court.
The company treats all with respect and believe me if you know people that's not a two way street. Bottom line-- just because your renting doesn't mean you own the property. It's being loaned to you. You are expected to make your rent payments and respect the property. So when folks say- slum--- are they say they moved into it that way? or they allowed it to BECOME slummy?

THE WORST COMPANY TO RENT A PROPERTY FROM! CHECK THEM ON THE CLAYTON COUNTY COURT CASE INQUIRY AND SERCH THIS COMPAY NAME AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY HAVE TOOK EVERY SINGLE TENANT TO COURT SINCE THE 1990’s!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A END TO THESE SLUMLORDS! I CANT BELIVE CLAYTON COUNTY JUDGES ARE ABLE TO LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS EACH YEAR!!!?
