Dr. Chappell is phenomenal! She is extremely thorough and her attention to detail is like none other. She took the time to not just assess my concerns, but listen to me and determined a plan of care from there. I pass several dermatologists between my house and Dr. Chappell, but she is well worth the drive. I'm confident in her knowledge and the level of care she provides is excellent! She sets reasonable expectations and is very intentional about the results she delivers.

Dr. Chappell is my go-to for annual skin check ups and periodic injections. Under both circumstances, she and her staff are very professional, welcoming, conscientious of current covid distancing, and very thorough. I have very fair, freckly skin with pretty serious sun damage. Dr. Chappell has been working with me to aesthetically address the spots and also be sure they don't develop into something worse. Dr. Chappell's assistant pre screens my visit and let's me know what to expect when I walk out. I receive costs up front and, in most cases, the opportunity to save a little money choosing a different, comparable product. I have been very happy with Dr. Chappell and can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Chappell! I was so scared to get Dysport for the first time. Dr. Chappell and her staff were wonderful and put my mind at ease. It was not bad at all. All my fears were for nothing! No more crows feet around my eyes or wrinkles in my forehead. I'm so happy with my results! My only regret is that I didn't start Dysport/Botox years ago for prevention. I definitely recommend Dr. Chappell . You'll love your results!!

I recently called and scheduled my first in-person doctor's appointment since starting social distancing with some trepidation. Dr. Chappell's staff and precautions around the office put my mind at ease immediately. Dr. Chappell listened to my concerns and suggested a skin regimen and a series of treatments for some discoloration and texture issues that have caused some concern. She let me know what the prescription would cost and, to my surprise, it was actually $25 less! I couldn't be happier with the results. She's turned back the clock 10 years. I appreciate Dr. Chappell and her staff so much!

If I could give her negative stars I would! She is rude!!! She treats and talks to her employees horrible, I just went for my new patient appointment and I promise you this will be my last time going! I guarantee you that the Good reviews are probably her friends and Family, I went to her because I saw good reviews, but NO she’s not worth your time or money! she is very short, looks at you up and down, and she doesn’t let you talk. I went to get evaluation to get some cosmetic stuff done, and the whole time she had an attitude. With attitude asking do you think you will able to pay for it? If I’m going to you is because i have the money to for it. I can pay for this and more. I will be looking for a new Dermatologist- if you guys know any one let me know.
