My husband and I were in the process of moving from New York to Orlando. I found Buyers Broker through Google and emailed them. Erika emailed me back within minutes to set up a call. Erika has been absolutely fantastic. She never doubted the criteria I wanted for a house and never talked down to me, which I greatly appreciated.

We arrived in Orlando and saw five homes right before Hurricane Ian hit, and then we were delayed for a bit because of that. I had seen a house that fit ALL of my criteria literally the day before Ian arrived, but it already had multiple offers and we missed the deadline. When we were ready to resume showings, Erika proactively checked on this home and it had been relisted, all offers had fallen through. She also noticed some probate information on the house and followed up on timelines for that before moving forward at all. We saw the house the next day and put in an offer the same day after Erika did her comp research for a reasonable offer. The home is amazing and we wouldn't have gotten it if she hadn't went back to check on its status.

Erika's inspector recommendation was amazing and we got more than our money's worth on that one! Everything went pretty smoothly on our side of things, and despite some tension with the probate right up to closing, we did manage to close on the contracted date.

Erika has still been keeping in touch with us about a few outstanding items and has been an amazing guide for the Florida real estate market, utilities, and everything else that I didn't know, coming from New York. She truly is a pleasure to work with.

So far my experience with Buyers Broker of Florida has been nice. My husband and I have just started the house finding journey and we gave Buyers Broker of Florida a call. I found them searching online for an exclusive buyers agent. We spoke to Eve first and she started talking with us right there about our particular situation. She was very informative and willing to answer our questions. We ended up speaking with Erika as well to get a better sense of the company. She was very informative too. I was under the incorrect impression that working with EBA brokers you would work with the company as a collective unit, although to some degree that is true, we would be working with a particular agent at the company, which I do appreciate to have a more streamlined experience. The impression I got from speaking with both Eve and Erika is that the company prides themselves on having integrity within the not so integrity ridden world of real estate.
