Pam was a miracle worker at getting us a house! We didnt have money to put down, and since my husband was a Vet we had to rely on a Veterans loan. We were in CA and told Pam what we were looking for, and she really duplicated our needs. It was tough as there were others more qualified, and who had money to put down. For awhile I didnt know if we would get there. But Pam never gave up, and we even had one house that she put offer in, and then someone else got it. But lo and behold, they backed out, and Pam jumped back on it and closed it! She stuck with us all the way, and made the impossible possible. She was always cheerful and great to work with.
