The staff, especially my trainer Jeff, have been incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and motivate members.

Jeff P. is an amazing personal trainer at this location! He's unique in that he specializes in calisthenic movements. He has been training me to master pull-ups, dips, handstands, and so much more. It makes the gym a way more comfortable and fun space. He is very knowledgeable, and has made my experience at this gym a great one. Absolutely recommend asking for him when you do your kickoff session!

I've been training with Derek Arnold for a year now, and it's been truly exceptional. From the start, Derek has pushed me way harder than I ever would have on my own. He has familiarized me with equipment in the gym that I might have been reluctant to use on my own, like the monster wheel tire. His knowledge and confidence have helped me expand my workouts and make the most out of every session. Plus, his standout quality is that he always keeps me laughing, which makes the tough workouts enjoyable and and motivates me to keep coming back.
This positive atmosphere has been crucial and makes each session something I genuinely look forward to.

Over the year, I've seen significant improvements in my personal strength. Even when I had an injury, Derek helped me train through it, always listening to my concerns and knowing exactly how hard to push me. And yes, he's listened to me whine a lot, but he's always patient and encouraging.

Derek is the real deal—genuine, caring, and a fantastic motivator. He really cares about his clients and knows how to get the best out of them. The other trainers at the gym are always friendly too, which levels up the whole experience.

Derek's exceptional training, motivation, and a great sense of humor create a truly remarkable training experience. If you're looking to get stronger and have a good time doing it, I can't recommend him enough.

The gym is always clean and the staff are always friendly. My trainer, Dylan Jacob has been a vital part of my fitness journey the past 7 months. As a trainer he is always pushing me to get the most out of our sessions and I always leave the gym looking forward to the next one. He's very knowledgeable about training and has helped me build so much confidence in the gym. I've always enjoyed going to Crunch but working with a Dylan has helped me reach goals I never thought I could!

I’ve been training with Dylan for the past 5 months, and it’s helped transform my appearance and my overall feeling about the gym. I was doing home workouts for years, avoiding the gym, as I was intimidated by the equipment and didn’t want to look out of place. Dylan has taken his time to show me how everything works, makes sure my form is on point every time, and pushes me to do better. I can now confidently walk into the gym and get a workout in even on the days I’m not training with him. He’s always upbeat , comes prepared to work and willing to listen. It helps that he texts you the day before your session to keep you accountable. I’m happy to have found a great trainer in Dylan

I have been going to Crunch since 2018 and I have had 4 trainers and Jonathan by far has been the best. My workouts are the best and I always feel great when I leave. He works me hard but he knows what I am capable of. He is very professional and always shoots me a quick text to confirm my appointment. If I can’t make it he always tries to get me in a different day. He is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. I have had back problems and he will do stretching with me which makes me feel much better. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is the Best!!
