I recently had the incredibly difficult task of saying goodbye to my beloved cat, Kitty, due to old age and kidney failure. Discovering Happy Endings and deciding to use their at-home euthanasia service was a blessing in an otherwise heartbreaking situation. It was a difficult time to say the least. Our sweet boy Charlie hated going to the vet or groomers, it caused him anxiety so when I knew the time came for helping him cross the rainbow bridge the option of doing it at home in the comfort of his own bed only made the most sense. The entire staff from my first initial call and throughout the process was amazing. They were compassionate and accommodating during a horrible time. This is the best thing I could’ve done for Charlie. Thank you for all you did and for being the wonderful people you are and providing a beautiful service such as at home euthanasia.

This service is the best ! They were kind and compassionate from the very first time I had to call to make that dreaded appointment.
This was my first time using an in-home euthanasia service. And it simply was sooooo much better than having my little girl shiver in fear and nervousness (if I had to have her put to sleep at the vets office).
The team was so gentle, kind and considerate of our emotions.
Their Custumer service goes above and beyond. When they had printed out that Rainbow Bridge poem and had put my dogs name beside the poem, they had realized too late that they had put a ‘y’ on the end of my dogs name ( instead of an ‘I’ )..It was a very understandable mistake ,as the way I spelled her name was unique and not the norm , but they apologized profusely- And as a conciliatory measure, they refunded the entire cost of the urn I had purchased to have her ashes in.
The box with her remains was delivered by Courier with her name hand-written a couple of different places on the outside of the delivery box with hearts next to her name . They really do go above and beyond .
Thank you very much for making what was heart-breaking more bearable for us. I will remember your kindness !

Our best bud, Blue, crossed the rainbow bridge tonight. We will forever be grateful for Happy Endings. We called around 11 vets who provide at-home services, and they were the only ones able to accommodate us to come the same day. They were so respectful and gentle with our 100+ pound boy. It was so peaceful for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better way to make this hard decision. I would recommend them to anyone going through this situation. They were amazing. Few years ago, we had to put down our boxer and the person who came over was unpleasant to say the least. Today, unfortunately we had to put down our second four legged baby, JJ. Dr. Fixler and his team are amazing! It was like having a family member come over, be compassionate and absolutely lovely! He explained the process, gave us time to say the goodbyes and then completed everything is a slow and caring way. As hard as it was to let go of our little man, Dr. Fixler eased that pain!!
