I had filed for divorce. The people that work there. Have no clue what they are doing. A worker and the supervisor had mentioned to me to come back on August 22nd. I did. But to find out my case was dismissed. I cried. I thought I was going the write direction on my divorce. They caused my divorce to be dismissed.
Please. Get a lawyer. To help. They have no clue. What they are doing

It's a shame howany Hispanics work here and would choose to be biased towards other brown people.. everytime we have to go to the judge labianca, her assistants in there are very biased they only pick us out of the entire court room to talk too. Everytime we come in you can tell they are very basied they always have a negative look but then a "victim" come in who is deliberately trying to ruin her ex finances life because she has no money. You still insist on being rude and biased. I will be getting the names of they two woman who things they have to single us out when there's thousands of people that come through their building daily. Just because youre working in a.court system doesn't give you the right to treat people anyway. This entire system is ridiculous, you have unprofessional attorneys walking through the building saying things they dont neeed to say. What you as a system should do is check everyone and become better people in a whole!!!!

They just remodeled and put in 17 windows at the clerk of the court, but you go in there and there’s four people working and you sit there for over an hour. What was the point of spending all that money to put in all these windows when nobody’s going to work? Ridiculous!!!

I would give this courthouse no stars if I could.Me and my ex wanted a divorce. So we filed it in October 2023.First off no one told us it would be $300 something dollars. We were told by the guy in the library that if we did a default hearing we would only have to pay $75 which wasn't the case.So we paid the $300.Then nobody told us we had to fill out all these steps 1,2,3 and 4.We wanted no hearing. We have no children,no property together, no debt,no spousal maintenance. We didn't find out we had to do these steps until January 2024 nobody called or mailed us anything. So now we have a deadline or else the case will be dismissed we filed an extension. We completed all the steps. But now apparently we didn't fill out step 4 correctly even though the workers at the library said it was fine. And this is the second time we had errors. So now we have to contact the assistant to the commissioner to find out exactly what these errors are because we have no clue.We have spent over 1,500 already between the filling fee,all the copies of everything which is ridiculous, and separate envelopes even though every time we would get a copy back it would be in a envelope that they used instead of the ones we paid for.And this is just for a simple clean divorce, both parties agree,no assets nothing. Not only is this courthouse incompetent. It is a complete scam. They will come up with any excuse to make you pay more.If I knew this I would have just gone to Glendale court or someone else.Cause this one is bad news.

I called to find out information about passports and the clears office hung up on me, when I called back asking about the services and the prices the clerk didn’t know your own information that is on your website and kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk and explain what I was meaning, horrible service just over the phone so I will not me doing any business here as well I will be telling every one I know not to do business here, it’s not that hard to have a normal conversation and to be respectful instead of having a attitude just cause they don’t want to do their job, I run several businesss and if I had a front desk lady that talked like that to a customer I would fire her on the spot.

Well when you go to the facility make sure you check out the diva and law library it is a definite definite place for research and to be connected don't forget you can watch the live feed straight from the courthouse right there on one of their many many computers get to see everything here everything and basically get to look at your case that you have progressing through the system if that's your situation or if you're progressing through this system you get to get your best defense available by doing your own research give it a try

Court Clerks are rude and incompetent. The 1st clerk took my docs and literally threw them back at me through window and said you can remove the docs I don't need 1st. It was literally a cover page. You're telling she couldn't have just pulled off yhe CS and gave it back to me instead of literally throwing the whole packet at me like I was a dog. Also was sent to the wrong courtroom twice. No transparency of the fees or specific docs needed listed on their website I had to all my own research through .Gov
Then the judge denies my request for emergency guardianship because the evidence isn't efficient. Two Dr. Notes from neurologist indicating a POA/Guardianship is absolutely necessary for care aren't enough? If the definition of dysfunctional had a picture in the dictionary it would be this courthouse.

Judge Warner is rascist against african americans and he willfully places children in dangerous conditions my ex husband is an unemployed drug addict who failed a court ordered drug test for very high levels of THC which AZ state law says that a person is not to consume THC/Marijuna no more than two hours before driving a vehicle with a minor in the car. He is high all the time and driving around high as a kite with our 3yr old son taking the risk of crashing and severly injuring or killing our kid!!!! Hes done other horrible things to jeapordize our babies safety i even submitted proof of this and the judge ignored it and still granted visitation i even have a restraining order against my ex husband and shown proof that hes still currently stalking/harrassing me but the judge ignores all of that! Ive filed a complaint against judge Warner with the State of AZ and with the comission of conduct for judges he needs to have all his cases pulled and reopened and reviewed because i can bet hes done this to other children especially black children/families as well! Im taking this to the supreme court and to whoever has the authority to remove him off my case!!!! Im also taking this to the media!
